All deliveries are scheduled to accommodate your schedule and to minimize any inconvenience to you.
1. We can schedule your delivery for AM (between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon) or PM (between 12:00 noon and dusk). You need to be home and able to answer the phone during these hours since we will call you before the truck leaves the store (unless prior arrangements have been made). If we do not get an answer when we call, you will be skipped and we will go to the next delivery.
We are unable to give and exact time for your delivery due to many factors beyond our control; e.g. traffic conditions, size and degree of difficulty to the delivery prior to yours, weather conditions, etc. No two deliveries are ever alike. We ask for your patience and understanding, please.
2. If you absolutely cannot be home for your delivery, we can still make your delivery but we cannot be responsible if material is left behind or planted in the wrong spot.
3. IMPORTANT: If you are not having our crew plant your material, we cannot put it in a pre-dug hole. There are no exceptions to this policy.
4. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to locate or contact JULIE (800-892-0123 or 811) to locate all underground utilities. This includes, but is not limited to: gas, electric, telephone, cable TV, sewer, irrigation lines, drain tiles and underground “pet fences”.
We are not responsible for damage if these items are not clearly marked.
